These organic black beans from Perle della Tuscia are very rich in raw fiber, iron, proteins, starch and mineral salts and are practically fat-free. The characteristic dark skin and creamy pulp, easily digestible, will add a spicy and sweet taste to soups, side dishes and you can also use them as a substitute for meat. Enjoy them with just salt and oil. Soak for 10-12 hours, cook for 60-90 minutes (or 20-40 minutes with a pressure cooker). The 300g bag is also recyclable.
