Angelo Eroico red rice, certified organic and from 100% Italian agriculture by Le Radici del Bio (BLife), is obtained from a unique and ancient variety of Italian rice. It is not known where it comes from, and at the moment it is not classified among the varieties conserved and registered in the main national seed institutes. For this reason it is an incredible rarity to preserve! Its distinctive feature is the red-orange grain, combined with an aromatic and spicy flavor. This variety is perfect for creating different recipes with unique notes in the kitchen. To obtain a perfect consistency, cook for 40 minutes. Available in a 500g recyclable plastic bag.
