Organic Rosa Marchetti Brown Rice Blife, from Italian organic farming, is a variety of rice introduced in 1972 by Domenico Marchetti in honor of his wife, Rosa. Perfect for risottos and salads, thanks to its medium grains and its consistency that remains firm during cooking. Cooking times vary from 6 in a pressure cooker to 16 minutes in a classic pot. Organic Rosa Marchetti Brown Rice is also full of precious mineral salts, such as iron and phosphorus, and abundant in vitamin B1. This "medium" rice, of natural and non-hybrid origin, is perfect for risottos and salads. It holds its cooking well and pairs well with any ingredient for high-quality results.
