The organic hulled spelt Perle della Tuscia is easily digestible and very versatile in the kitchen. Grown in the open field, with organic methods and preserved without chemicals, it is mechanically hulled, without eliminating any fundamental nutritional principle.
Rich in protein, starch, minerals and raw fiber, it is a recommended ingredient in weight loss diets. Easy to use in both winter and summer dishes.
