Mountain pine essential oil relieves back and joint pain, reduces muscle pain and improves blood circulation; mountain arnica extract contains active ingredients that can reduce inflammation and pain; camphor essential oil, a key ingredient of the lotion, helps to combat inflammation, sprains, cramps and muscle pain. If you use the lotion before sports, it prepares your muscles for the workload, while if you apply it after training it promotes muscle recovery.
