Nicolò and Federico, two very different but very close brothers, and Ermete, a family friend since forever. Paolo, already in 2015, experiments and trains on vasocottura with the Italian chef Cristian Mometti. Today, what keeps them together is not only trust in Paolo's intuition, but above all a sincere passion for good cooking, which begins with the right search for ingredients and raw materials.

With Vero Easy Eating you bring home healthy, balanced and low environmental impact dishes, made exclusively with fresh ingredients, processed on the same day. They are cooked in jar cooking and vacuum packed at low temperatures, to preserve all the nutrients and without adding preservatives or fats, they can be stored for up to 30 days, without altering the taste and properties. Furthermore, Weck glass containers are 100% recyclable and reusable to store food and cook again in jar cooking at home.
