Pavesi pastry shop was founded in 2009 in the Biella area thanks to the thirty-year experience of Stefano, the owner, supported by his wonderful staff. The main specialties include croissanterie , distributed in the best bars in the area, and cakes for events, which have made the pastry shop known not only in Piedmont. The mission is to maintain a high standard of excellence, starting from the choice of raw materials, to constantly guarantee a good and healthy product, an essential combination in today's world. Without ever forgetting the passion for this job: the ingredient that for Stefano must never be missing in his creations, as if it were the first day.
