PaneBruno was born from Bruno's idea to create organic baked goods, leavened with sourdough, without animal proteins and in a sustainable way. For this reason, he chose to carry out the activity in a prefabricated wooden laboratory, where the oven is powered by solar energy, coming from a photovoltaic system installed on the roof. This ecological philosophy leads him to constantly select Italian flours from organic farming and to work them without the addition of preservatives and chemical additives.
