The passion for cooking has been passed down in the family for generations, with simple, tasty, but above all good recipes, which have become the basis of Lazzari sauces. These are a tribute to the secrets of the family culinary tradition, passed down from mother to son, and represent a combination of magic and pasta, and where dreams, good sauce and a lot of love become reality. The numbers of the Smorfia have been used to give a name to the sauces, associating them with different ingredients and colours, such as 01 “I'Italia” for the tomato and basil sauce, with the colours of our flag, 04 “O' Maiale” for the Amatriciana, 49 “O' Piezzo di carne” for the Bolognese ragù, 50 “Il colore verde” of the basil, for the fresh and fragrant Pesto, 68 “Arrabbiarsi” for the Arrabbiata, 27 “I capperi” for the unparalleled scent of the capers from the Aeolian Islands, and finally 47 “La Verdura” for the vegetable ragù.
