Cantina Martòn, located in the heart of Veneto, is a hidden gem with few labels to discover. Their Marzemina Bastarda, almost extinct and native to the Treviso area, is the main grape of their truly unique wine Subconscio, produced with natural refermentation, aged on its own yeasts and left to macerate for 12 hours in concrete tanks. In the Martòn vineyards, neither herbicides nor pesticides are used and the fermentation process is free of temperature control and SO2 additives.
