Production of vegan bread, pizza and desserts using flours mainly from grains grown on the farm's land, following the rules of natural agriculture. Alessandro, the owner, has decided to use only ancient grains and sourdough, without adding any chemical substances or artificial additives and to set up production only for vegan food.
